As a product marketing manager, you will be focused on the 4 Ps of Marketing – product, price, place, and promotion. This includes acting as the “voice of the customer” and having a deep understanding of their needs and desires.Responsibilities:
- Create product content such as case studies, videos, sales documentation, presentations, website copy and blog posts.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to develop product pricing models, key messaging, and value proposition
- Conduct market analysis and developing an understanding of the company’s products and features
- Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
- Work with various teams (design, content, SMM, product, sales) to implement strategies
- Together with the team, create all necessary marketing material (Brochure, leaflet, stands, etc.) for events, trade shows, conferences, news outlets and media
- Work to maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on consumer and societal trends, researching the strategies of our competitors and making recommendations for changes to our strategies
- Understand our clients, where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn
- Proven experience in the similar position in IT industry (2-3 years)
- Strong writing, copywriting, and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian. Ability to sell ideas well through creative and innovative presentations.
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player. This role requires you to work across various departments to bring to life the product.
- Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
- Metrics-driven and analytical proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
