- Go-to-market strategy development for New IBD Launch and preparation to ensure adoption/implementation via sales force
- Build company understanding of customers and market, including patient pathway development
- Develops customer/market knowledge: therapeutic and disease condition
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans (in cooperation with Sales Manager/Team)
- Target audience identification and segmentation criteria development
- Mapping of key stakeholders, KOLs development plan preparation in collaboration with Medical Team
- Development of professional relationships with targeted KOL's
- Cooperation with Market Access & Medical colleague to ensure optimal patient access for new products
- Optimize marketing investment and implementation – Smart investment strategy
- Maintains budget with high forecast accuracy
- Provides marketing execution: brand message delivery, life cycle management, targeting, market delivery
- Analyses: market research, scenario analysis, resource valuation, forecasting, metrics, sales analytics.
- Higher education
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience (sales and marketing) with strong understanding of customer and market dynamics (preferable)
- 3+ years in RX product management in reimbursement channel (RLO, OMI) within pharmaceutical industry (preferable)
- Proven success in building strong KOLs and customers relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communicator with ability to inspire/excite and connect with colleagues
- Structured/organized and productive - can juggle many projects at one time and priorities effectively
- Strong analytical skills
- Pro-active and Results Oriented, with strong Ownership
- Ambitious & Open minded /copes well with changes
- Competency in English as a must
- MS Office Advanced Skills
