Nikkiso Industrial Russia is looking for a Business Line Manager to manage the Cryogenic Pumps Unit business in line with the objectives and direction of the functional unit management.We are looking for a self- driven, motivated and entrepreneurial leader with multiple years of experience in Cryogenic equipment applications, LNG Systems, Industrial Gases and Solution Environment.The successful candidate must have a proven track record in Sales development and key account and territory management. A combination of product knowledge and business knowledge will be required to execute this mission.Fluency in Russian and English language is a must.The Mission and minimum Tasks of the BLM Russia, Cryogenic Pumps Unit:
  • To achieve results as per Functional Unit market objectives and Financial Targets.
  • To be responsible for the P&L of the local Entity Functional Unit business, as well as the Consolidated profit of the products sold in the market.
  • To embrace the Group's Vision and develop a Customer Value and a Customer-Care driven culture.
  • To support and promote the Group’s Core Values: Interaction, Reliability, and Innovation.
  • To develop the business within your region, in full cooperation with your partners and the other Functional Units BLM
  • To promote and sell the full range of equipment within your functional unit, giving each Product its best chance in the market.
  • To ensure the full and detailed utilization of Salesforce (CRM) by all assigned users.
  • To nurture and strengthen Customer Relationship and loyalty
  • To report all market information related to technology, economy, regulations, competition, etc.
  • To be responsible for the local Training of your Staff;
  • Acting as liaison between the company and clients in order to ensure smooth operation of services.
  • Managing customer service requests, preparing quotations, discussing terms and conditions of contracts.
  • To support in the management of distributors, partners, and Agents used in the assigned territory
  • To manage specific market segments and customers, via Key Account Specialist (Marine, etc.).
  • To Focus on price management as a key factor to maximize profit levels, while minimizing your marketing cost.
  • To Equip your team with the necessary tools to perform their job efficiently and in a professional manner
  • To Plan routine visits to all our major customers, in order to build a long term mutually beneficial relationship.
  • To Oversee the daily operations of your team, providing leadership, guidance, support, and motivation.
  • To Proactively identify and follow up on customer problems internally and externally, in order to ensure that all customers are satisfied with our products reliability and service support.

Reporting
  • In the role of BLM Cryogenic Pumps, Russia/CIS, you will report locally to the local General Manager, and functionally to your Pumps Unit.
Conditions
  • Work scheduale 5/2, 09:00-18:00
  • Medical insurance after trial period i(ncluding family members)
  • Mobile & laptop will be provided by the company
