They need a Sales Manager to open and run a new sales office in St. Petersburg. The goal is to sell their Cambodian properties to Russian buyers.The ideal candidate will build the business in Russia. This includes setting up the office, finding sales partners, and leading a team. You must speak Russian and English.The Sales Manager role can be managed from Russia or Cambodia, with visits to either country as required.Sales Executives can also apply. We have opening for Sales Executive too.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales office in St. Petersburg.
Develop sales channels and a network of distributors in Russia.
Hire, train, and manage the local office team.
Create and execute the office work plan.
Research the local market and provide feedback.
Build good relationships with sales agencies.
Train agency staff to increase sales efficiency.
Negotiate and sign contracts with distributors.
Keep organized records of all clients and distributors.
Ensure the team meets its real estate sales targets.

Job Requirements:

More than 10 years of work experience.
More than 5 years of experience in real estate channels.
Good at developing and managing sales channels and agents.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good team management skills.
Must be fluent in Russian.
Good working ability in English is required. Chinese is a plus.
Proficient with Office software.
