P&G is looking for a Marketing professional with hands-on experience in E-Commerce to join our team as a Senior E-Commerce Traffic Manager. You will be responsible for development and end-to-end execution of e-commerce traffic strategy leveraging your existing experience and P&G best practices from over the world.At P&G, E-Commerce professionals are the leaders who influence online retailers' decisions and grow the turnover of our brands by using enhanced data-based commercial techniques.As a Senior E-commerce Traffic Manager you will:Create traffic strategies for 3 P&G categories aimed at stepping up the ROI of multimillion investments at this retailer.Analyze, plan and manually execute numerous traffic campaigns holistically across different tools at the retailer.Develop and implement advanced data analytics to evaluate campaign performance in real-time, enabling data-driven decisions that optimize investments and accelerate business growth.Collaborate closely with cross-functional P&G teams and cultivate strong relationships with Wildberries' multifunctional teams to ensure a sustainable, mutually beneficial partnership.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary from 300 000 RUBAnnual bonusUnique flexible benefit program Flex4Me for your wellbeing – 10 000 RUB gross monthlyMedical, travel, and life insuranceSick and parental leaves paid up to the full salaryMonetary incentives for long-/short-term achievementsHybrid schedule and flexible working hoursRelocation support in case of relocation
