Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.As a Technical Engineering Project Management Intern, you will have the following areas of responsibility:Project Leadership: focus on projects involving automated check weighing technology to ensure our products meet target weight compliance;Collaboration: work closely with the Central Engineering team to conduct feasibility studies and respond to requests;Financial Management: oversee capital expenditures, analyze trends, and conduct project's financial forecast;Engineering Solutions: contribute to developing engineering solutions and improving processes.Overall, you will lead technical initiatives, drive project implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Compensation & BenefitsMonthly salary 100 000 RUB gross monthlyFree lunch and transportation to the plantRelocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk
