- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree plus any post graduate credentials (MBA) in Business (marketing, strategy, analytics, process).
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Experience in creation and development of CRM, MR, SFE, BI and T&D functions.
- Project Management skills
- Proven leadership skills Leadership, People management & Coaching. Manages other managers within a function and/or affiliate. Ability to transform Abbott strategy to actions. Clear communication strategy to team.
