Warranty cost control manager

• Processing and checking of warranty claims from dealers.
• Alignment of requests for replacement of costly repairs.
• Monthly payment documents guaranteeing compensation costs for dealers.
• Analysis of dealers under warranty. The cost of guaranteeing the cost of one car.
• Analysis of defects on the guarantee and transfer of information in the service quality of the plant.
• Working with spare parts replaced under warranty. Getting those w/h or recycling dealer.

• Technical education.
• Practical experience in the field of car warranty service for at least 3 years.
• Experience working in a car brand representative office or an official dealership.
• Experience working with technical documentation.
• Formal letter writing skills.
• Knowledge of technical English.

• Work schedule 5/2 from 8.30 to 17.30.
